PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND SHARE WITH OTHER MEMBERS OF YOUR GROUP
For the health and safety of all attendees and the broader public, the following COVID related conditions will be in place and are based on health advice and mandated health regulations in VIC.

SUMMARY:

  • All patrons must BYO high-back fold-up chair. No chair, no entry. Patrons cannot sit on the grass or stand around the venue;
  • Patrons (18+) must be double vaccinated;
  • Masks are not a requirement, but we encourage you to bring a mask to use when it is not possible to socially distance (eg. in queues);
  • QR Code Check-In at entry.

1. ALL PATRONS MUST BRING THEIR OWN CHAIR - NO CHAIR, NO ENTRY
This is standard for all By The C shows. All patrons must bring a high back fold-up chair (standard camp chair). Each patron must have their own chair and chairs cannot be shared (this also applies to children). No other type of seating will be permitted (DO NOT BRING low back chairs, bean bags, picnic blankets etc). A small blanket for a baby or toddler is ok.

2. VACCINATION
All patrons aged 18+ must be double vaccinated against Covid-19 to attend this event.

3. MASKS NOT REQUIRED
Masks are not required however we encourage patrons to bring a mask and wear it where possible, especially if waiting in line outside or inside the venue.

4. QR CODE CHECK-IN
Patrons must scan in via the event QR code at the point of entry.

5. SOCIAL DISTANCING
We ask patrons to be aware of social distancing at all times, especially when waiting in line for entry, toilets, food, and at the bar.

6. EVENT STAFF WILL BE THERE TO HELP
We will have customer service staff in place to help manage social distancing and assist patrons as much as possible. Please cooperate and follow their instructions.

7. KEEPING THE EVENT SAFE
Some of the things we are doing to make our events safe:

  • Digital tickets so we can scan your ticket on your phone at the entrance without having to make any contact;
  • Regular touchpoint cleaning;
  • Additional Bar, Food & Sanitary facilities;
  • Additional Staffing – Security and Event staff to help manage social distancing onsite and ensure compliance with safety measures;
  • Hand Sanitiser stations;
  • Additional medical facilities and staffing where appropriate.

  • Picnic blankets (small blanket for a baby or toddler is ok).
  • Low back (low to the ground) chairs
  • Selfie sticks
  • Umbrellas, marquees or shade tents
  • Weapons or items that are deemed unsafe
  • Any other objects considered by the Promoter and the Venue to be dangerous or capable of causing a public nuisance that could be used to distract, obstruct or interfere with any performer

Alcohol:
You may not bring in or leave with any alcohol whatsoever.

ATM:
There will be no ATM on site so please bring credit or debit card for cashless payments.

Bags:
Will be subject to a search upon entry. Any person in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry to the site. If in doubt leave it at home or in the car.

Box Office:
One box office will be in operation and located near the main entry.
Patrons are encouraged to pre-print e-tickets or collect their tickets in advance from a Ticketmaster outlet.

Chairs/Seating:
Seating is not provided for this event for any ticket category. Patrons are permitted to bring a portable, high back fold up chair. This is roughly the size of a normal height chair. No picnic blankets or low back (low to the ground) chairs. Parents can bring a small blanket for their baby/toddlers to sit/crawl/sit on however adults cannot use picnic blankets.

Children
Children under the age of 3 are permitted free of charge without a ticket. Children aged 3-17 must have a valid children’s ticket and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian - sorry, an older friend or sibling doesn’t count. A Child may enter the Premium GA area so long as accompanied by a Parent with a valid Premium GA ticket.

Cloakroom Facilities:
Cloakroom facilities will not be available. Prohibited items will not be permitted within the event, so if in doubt leave it in the car or at home.

Eskies/Cooler bags:
Patrons may bring a small esky or cooler bag up to 20 litres.

Food & Beverages:
This is a fully catered venue with a range of bar and food options. Free drinking water will be available in the venue and patrons may bring in empty plastic bottles for this purpose. You may bring a small quantity of your own food/snacks in a cooler bag, small esky or picnic basket. You may bring SEALED plastic bottles of water or soft drink. No glass. No cans.

First Aid:
First Aid will be in attendance – please approach any of our friendly staff if feeling unwell.

Flasks/Thermoses:
Not permitted.

Pass Outs:
There will be no pass outs for this event unless in an emergency or medical situation.
So please make sure bring everything you need for the whole day/night.

Photo ID:
Will be required for entry and to purchase and consume alcohol and service will not be provided to people under 18 years of age. Please note that because this is a licensed venue, patrons are unable to take alcohol from the site at the end of the night, whether opened or sealed.

Safety:
We have a safety hotline at all of our outdoor concerts that is active on the day of the concert.

Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the venue, excluding designated smoking areas.

Weather:
The concert will proceed rain or shine. Only exceptionally severe weather conditions will affect the performance, so be prepared for either scenario.

 

COVID SAFE EVENT:
Our events will be run in accordance with applicable Government directions, orders, regulations or guidance associated with COVID-19 in place at the time of the event, which are fluid and may change. These requirements may include but are not limited to proof of vaccination, QR Code Check In and possibly other measures enforced by the relevant government authorities such as seating arrangements, limitations to queues, items that can and cannot be brought into the venue, social distancing measures, time changes, artist changes and so on. Unless required by applicable law, refunds will not be required as a result of following the conditions of or changes to any applicable Government directions, orders, regulations or guidance associated with COVID-19.

We acknowledge the incredible and critical importance of ensuring the health and safety of all attendees and the broader public, and the event will proceed only if there is complete confidence it is safe to do so. Zaccaria Concerts and Touring is in regular communications with the relevant local and state authorities and COVID-19 Safety Plans have been prepared for each individual city.

All events will be compliant with directions of each state’s Health Department. We can assure you that we are committed to meeting the highest level of health and safety protocols for the duration of your experience from arrival to departure. Should any of our events be unable to proceed on the original advertised date, they will be rescheduled to a planned backup date. All ticket holders will be advised directly in the event that there is a postponement or cancellation.

PREMIUM GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETHOLDERS:
You will have your own dedicated area closest to the stage to sit - please BYO high back fold up chair. Please look out for this after you enter the venue.
You will have dedicated entry, and access to a dedicated bar lane.

MOBILITY ASSISTANCE
Our outdoor concert sites are predominantly flat grass parkland and in some cases beach areas, and at times, part of the venue can be soft and boggy. For patrons in a wheelchair, there will be an accessible viewing area. However being accompanied by a carer is recommended. Parking for wheelchair patrons is not always assured, however in the absence of parking close to the gates, alternatives will be provided. We strongly advise that you advise the ticketing agent, when purchasing your ticket, if you are in a wheelchair or need assistance, so we can contact you prior to the event.

We have made a number of provisions to ensure our events are accessible to all. These include provision of a complimentary carer ticket, accessible entrance lanes and accessible toilet facilities.

Please note there will be no public parking. We suggest you use public transport, taxi, Uber. Park and Ride Shuttle Buses will be operating.

Park at 80 Duffields Road and take s shuttle bus direct to and from the venue ($5pp each way)

ZERO TOLERANCE ON ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES AND UNDERAGE DRINKING
We have a zero tolerance policy on illegal substances and drugs. Anyone suspected of using or found in possession of illegal substances or drugs will be escorted from the grounds and handed over to the police. Undercover police officers may also be actively searching for offenders.

We also have a zero tolerance policy on underage drinking. Parents and legal guardians - If your child is caught drinking, we’ll confiscate your drinks, escort you from the festival and call the police. Please don’t make us do this.

COMMITMENT TO SAFETY
We want all our patrons to have a great time at our concerts. That’s what concerts are all about. We actively support and promote equality, diversity and inclusion and strive for our concerts and events to be a place of belonging.

But we take bad behaviour seriously.

Bullying, fighting, inappropriate touching of others, throwing items on stage, or verbal abuse are all clearly abhorrent and unacceptable. No person should ever have to endure this type of behaviour by others when they are attending a concert and simply trying to have a great time. We take various measures at our concerts to keep patrons as safe as possible.

We ensure that security staff that are posted to dancing and “mosh pit” areas have a heightened awareness of bad behaviour.

We also provide a dedicated hotline phone number that patrons can call if they feel unsafe for any reason. This would allow patrons to access our security team and find their location quickly and easily.


LEAVING THE VENUE AFTER THE SHOW
Please be prepared and allow some time to leave the venue if you are driving. Expect delays. Your patience is appreciated. Also please respect our neighbours.
