IMPORTANT:

This event has no reserved seating. All patrons are permitted to bring a high back fold up chair only. Low back chairs and picnic blankets are not permitted.
Children under 18 must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Food and beverages will be for sale. You may bring your own snack food in a small esky or plastic container.
This event will proceed rain, hail or shine
No pass outs are available at this event
Security will search all bags upon entry

Fully charged phone
Empty water bottle(not glass, metal or aluminium) to fill up at drinking water stations
Sun protection - sunglasses, hat, sunscreen
Footwear must be worn at all times (thongs are ok)

Aerosol cans
Alcohol
Cameras - no professional standard or video cameras
Large Eskies. Small eskies or cooler bags are ok. Eskies Only permitted in General admission areas. Max 33 litre Width 330mm Height 340mm Length 430mm
Glass, aluminium or steel/metal containers
Large prams - small prams or pusher is ok
Metal cutlery, scissors or knives of any sort
Picnic baskets or picnic blankets.
Selfie sticks
Umbrellas, marquees or shade tents
Weapons or items that are deemed unsafe
Any other objects considered by the Promoter and the Venue to be dangerous or capable of causing a public nuisance that could be used to distract, obstruct or interfere with any performer

INFORMATION FOR VIP TICKET HOLDERS:

Dedicated VIP entry
Exclusive VIP area opens at 1.30pm
A Gourmet BBQ will be available from from 2.30pm to 4.30pm. (Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options will be available)
Patrons will each be provided with 5 drink tokens which can be redeemed at any time for beer (cans), wine (by the glass), or spirits (pre mixed cans). Complimentary Soft drinks and water.
Cash bar available.
Access to the Premium GA or GA areas at any time to watch the performances. VIP patrons can move in and out of the VIP area at any time. (VIP area may not have full viewing of the stage area.)
Dedicated toilets.
Occasional furniture is provided but please bring your own fold up chair to watch the concert.
Some shaded areas will be provided, but please bring a hat, sunscreen, just in case.

INFORMATION FOR PREMIUM GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET HOLDERS:

Early entry one hour before GA patrons at 1.30pm
You will have access to a dedicated area closest to the stage(standing only)
Dedicated entry at the main gate.
Dedicated bar lane at the bar.
Dedicated toilets
The Premium GA area is Standing ONLY - Strictly NO fold up chairs or blankets or eskies in this area. However you you may come and go from the Premium GA area to the General admission area if you wish, and set up your chair in the General admission area.
Children accompanied by Parent with a Premium GA ticket may enter the Premium GA area with just a children's ticket but must stay with parent at all times.

INFORMATION FOR GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET HOLDERS:

BYO fold up chair(normal height)
No picnic blankets or low fold up chairs

Alcohol:
You may not bring in or leave with any alcohol whatsoever.

ATM:
There will be no ATM on site so please bring cash.

Bags:
Will be subject to a search upon entry. Any person in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry to the site. If in doubt leave it at home or in the car.

Box Office:
One box office will be in operation and located near the main entry. We are expecting large crowds so to avoid queuing at the venue, patrons are encouraged to pre-print e-tickets or collect their tickets in advance from a Ticketmaster outlet.

Cloakroom Facilities:
Cloakroom facilities will not be available. Prohibited items will not be permitted within the event, so if in doubt leave it in the car or at home.

Children:
Children under 18 must have a valid ticket and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Children accompanied by Parent with a Premium GA ticket may enter the Premium GA area with just a children's ticket. However Children must have a full adult priced VIP ticket if entering the VIP area with parents.

Disabled Patrons:
There will be a dedicated viewing area for you and your companion to watch the show if you wish (note only one companion allowed Per patron). There will also be a Disabled toilet in this area.
There will be limited disabled parking close to the main gate. Please look for the signs.
There will also be a drop off area close to the gate area if you are being dropped off.
Our outdoor concert sites are predominantly flat grass parkland and at times, part of the venue can be soft and boggy. For patrons in a wheelchair, being accompanied by an able bodied carer is recommended.

This is a fully catered venue with a range of bar and food options. Free drinking water will be available in the venue and patrons may bring in empty plastic bottles for this purpose. You may bring your own snack food in a small esky or plastic container. You may bring your own SEALED plastic bottles of non alcoholic beverages. You may NOT bring metal cutlery or glass.

First Aid:
First Aid will be in attendance – please approach any of our friendly staff if feeling unwell.

Flasks/Thermoses:
Not permitted.

Pass Outs:
There will be no pass outs for this event so please make sure bring everything you need for the whole day/night.

Photo ID:
Will be required to purchase and consume alcohol and service will not be provided to people under 18 years of age. Please note that because this is a licensed venue, patrons are unable to take alcohol from the site at the end of the night, whether opened or sealed.

Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the venue, excluding designated smoking areas.

Transport/Parking

Weather:
The concert will proceed rain or shine. Only exceptionally severe weather conditions will affect the performance, so be prepared for either scenario.

ZERO TOLERANCE ON ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES
We have a zero tolerance policy on illegal substances and drugs. Anyone suspected of using or found in possession of illegal substances or drugs will be escorted from the grounds and handed over to the police. Undercover police officers may also be actively searching for offenders.

LEAVING THE VENUE AFTER THE SHOW
Please be prepared and allow some time to leave the venue if you are driving. Expect delays. Your patience is appreciated. Also please respect our neighbours.
