WHAT TO BRING

  • You must bring a high back (normal size) fold up chair. (Do NOT bring picnic blankets or low-to-the-ground chairs)
  • Concert Tickets
  • Sunscreen and sun hat
  • Empty water bottles for use at venue water stations
  • Non Alcoholic Beverages - you can bring an amount of unopened non alcoholic beverages with you. Please note no glass bottles will be permitted, or plastic bottles that have had their seal broken. Sealed plastic bottles of soft drink are ok. 
  • You may bring a small amount of picnic food in a small esky (not bigger than 30 litres) or cooler bag. No metal cutlery or glass.
  • Comfortable shoes as this is an outdoor, grassed venue
  • Credit or debit card only for bar, food and merchandise purchases. No cash accepted.

  • Illicit drugs
  • Aerosol cans
  • Unsealed plastic bottles.
  • Umbrellas

  • Furniture including but not limited to tents, gazebos or inflatable structures

  • Cameras with detachable lenses and / or tripods, video cameras and audio recording equipment or any other equipment deemed by the Promoter to be “professional” in nature
  • Musical instruments, air horns, megaphones, drums etc
  • Fireworks, flares or explosives
  • Balls (including inflatables), sporting equipment, bicycles, skateboards etc
  • Animals – except for authorised Guide/Companion animals
  • Any item which is reasonably considered by the Promoter as being able to cause injury, nuisance or offence to any other person attending the event.

MORE IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION:

Accessible / Mobility Impaired:
Our outdoor concert sites are predominantly flat grass parkland and in some cases beach areas, and at times, part of the venue can be soft and boggy. For patrons in a wheelchair, there will be an accessible viewing area. However being accompanied by a carer is recommended. We strongly advise that you advise the ticketing agent, when purchasing your ticket, if you are in a wheelchair or need assistance, so we can contact you prior to the event. There will be limited ACROD parking running off Fred Burton Drive for accessible patrons who have a permit. There will be a drop off point for accessible patrons in wheelchairs, ride share and taxi running off Challenger Parade. Please follow the signs. Please contact us if you are coming with a group of friends so we can endeavour to make suitable arrangements for you and your social group. roy@zaccariaconcerts.com

Alcohol:
You may not bring in or leave with any alcohol whatsoever.

ATM:
There will be no ATM on site so please bring credit or debit card for cashless payments.

Bags:
Will be subject to a search upon entry. Any person in possession of prohibited items may be refused entry to the site. If in doubt leave it at home or in the car.

Box Office:
A box office will be in operation and located near the main entry.
We are expecting large crowds so to avoid queuing at the venue, patrons are encouraged to pre-print e-tickets or collect their tickets in advance from a Ticketmaster outlet.

Cloakroom Facilities:
Cloakroom facilities will not be available. Prohibited items will not be permitted within the event, so if in doubt leave it in the car or at home.

COVID
Due to COVID 19, some restrictions or impositions may be forced upon us at the last minute. This could include things like the seating arrangements, limitations to queues, items that can and cannot be brought into the venue, social distancing measures, time changes, artist changes and so on. Please continually check this EVENT INFO page and our other communications platforms such as our social media pages, and please keep an eye out for email or SMS communication in the days prior to the event.

Children
Babies under the age of 2 are permitted free of charge without a ticket. Children aged 3-17 must have a valid children’s ticket and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian - sorry, an older friend or sibling doesn’t count. Children must stay with parents at all times.

Food & Beverages:
This is a fully catered venue with a range of bar and food options. Free drinking water will be available in the venue and patrons may bring in empty plastic bottles for this purpose. You may bring your own food items in a small esky or cooler bag. No glass or metal cutlery. Non Alcoholic Beverages - you can bring an amount of unopened non alcoholic beverages with you in plastic bottles. Please note no glass bottles will be permitted, or plastic bottles that have had their seal broken. Sealed plastic bottles of soft drink are ok. No Cans!

First Aid:
First Aid will be in attendance – please approach any of our friendly staff if feeling unwell.

Flasks/Thermoses:
Not permitted.

Pass Outs:
There will be no pass outs for this event so please make sure bring everything you need for the whole day/night.

Photo ID:
Will be required for entry and to purchase and consume alcohol and service will not be provided to people under 18 years of age. Please note that because this is a licensed venue, patrons are unable to take alcohol from the site at the end of the night, whether opened or sealed.

Smoking:
Smoking is prohibited in all parts of the venue, excluding designated smoking areas.

Transport/Parking:
Parking will be available at JUBILEE PARK which runs off Oceanic Drive and is a short walk to the concert site.  There will be limited ACROD parking running off Fred Burton Drive for accessible patrons who have a permit. There will be a drop off point for accessible patrons in wheelchairs, buses, ride share and taxis etc running off Challenger Parade. Please follow the signs.

Weather:
The concert will proceed rain or shine. Only exceptionally severe weather conditions will affect the performance, so be prepared for either scenario.

Zero Tolerance on underage drinking, illegal substances and drugs:
We have a zero tolerance policy on illegal substances and drugs. Anyone suspected of using or found in possession of illegal substances or drugs will be escorted from the grounds and handed over to the police. Undercover police officers may also be actively searching for offenders. We also have a zero tolerance policy on underage drinking. Parents and legal guardians - If your child is caught drinking, we’ll confiscate your drinks, escort you from the festival and call the police. Please don’t make us do this.


LEAVING THE VENUE AFTER THE SHOW

Please be prepared and allow some time to leave the venue if you are driving. Expect delays. Your patience is appreciated. Also please respect our neighbours.
